For Rifle 101/First Rounds: rifle rentals and ammo is included in the class. Do not select a rental package…unless you want to shoot additional rifle(s) or caliber(s) at the class.
For Rifle Clinic & 102: students need to bring their own rifle(s) and ammunition, or select one of our rental packages. Click here to see the rentals available.
*None of these classes can be used to apply for your AZ DPS CCW permit.*
All firearms must be transported in a holster or case.
Ammunition must be factory-new. NO reloads or re-manufactured ammo.
For any rifle classes: students must be at least 18 years of age and can legally possess firearms (students CANNOT be a prohibited possessor). Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is at least 21 years of age. Both the student and parent or legal guardian, CANNOT be prohibited possessors.
Please complete the online waiver before your class.
- Waiver for students over the age of 18.
- Waiver for students under the age of 18.
- This waiver covers one (1) parent or legal guardian and up to four (4) people under the age of 18.
Please complete your student form (it is a Google form) at least 2 days before the class.
Items included in class cost:
- $8 range fee
- Target(s)
- Eye and ear protection
- We recommend students buying their own eyes and ears, esp. electronic hearing muffs. Link to products we recommend.
Students must bring:
- Clothes that are appropriate for the weather since the range is outdoors.
- No low- or v-neck shirts, or tank tops (don’t want hot brass falling into your shirt!)
- Closed toe shoes (no crocs)
- Hat with a brim
- Water and snacks

Please review the rules of the range prior to arriving. Reviewing the rules prior to arrival will speed up the time of check-in. When you arrive, you will have to check in and sign/initial, stating you’ve read the rules and understand them, and agree to the range’s waiver.

Cancellation/refund policy: no refunds.
- If a student cancels at least 48 hours before the start of the class: the student will be allowed one (1) free reschedule. If the student cancels or does not show up to their rescheduled class, they will forfeit any amount paid.
- If a student cancels within 24 to 48 hours before the start of the class: the student may reschedule their class after paying a $40 rescheduling fee.
- If a student cancels within 24 hours of the start of the class or does not show up: any amount paid will be forfeited.
